Is caffeine indeed wonderful? Or is it instead ... evil and salacious.
Well, yesterday for my own information I started tracking my Mountain Dew, Code Red (cherry Mountain Dew) and Live Wire (orange Mountain Dew) intake.
By coincidence, on NPR today the show Stateside aired a piece on caffeine that was fairly interesting. Inspired by this show ... I decided to expand the tracking of my beverage consumption to include all things caffeine ... and maybe eventually everything. I should post the beginning data and spreadsheet by late tomorrow.
