Brilliant. Simply, brilliant. CGI hippogriff, amazing. Cinematics, good. Storytelling, excellent. Not a dark movie ... perhaps 'less light' then the first two, however.
The story is a very interesting one, but the execution of the script leaves something to be desired. 72 year old Sean Connery does not look to out of place in the action scenes.
