Mint Chocolate Chip Recipe

Before I forget it:

4 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 cups milk
2 tsp. peppermint extract (added at the end of cooking the base)
.75 cup chocolate chips (should add later than 20 minutes after putting into the ice cream maker)
