Vanilla II (no egg variant)

4 cups heavy whipping cream
1.33333 cups half and half (except I mistakenly added 2 cups ;) )
1.5 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Everything is cold, so it's faster to make (don't have to slowly heat it and then wait for it to cool in the refrigerator). Good reviews from the people who ate it, but I didn't have any, so I can't really describe how closely it approaches my idea of ideal ice cream.
