Didn't this happen last year?
Yes. What normally happens is that I wait for it to snow, put the snow tires on the car, and then we get 3 weeks of nice weather with no snow.
What's strange is that didn't actually happen this year (instead it started to snow, got cold, and snowed a little for several days).
